Fitness as the Key to Longevity

With a strict exercise regiment that includes stretching, leg extensions and deep knee bends, it may be hard to believe that Eleanore Serinsky is 91 years old. Often working out with her 94-year-old husband Michael, she insists that her fitness program — coupled with a healthy diet — is the key to the twosome's living such a long life. And in between those workouts at Moss Rehab Outpatient and Fitness Center in Center City, Serinsky said that she "really works up a sweat."
