The National Council of Jewish Women Greater Philadelphia Section held a “You Be the Judge” program at Beth Sholom Congregation in Elkins Park on Oct 17. Marjorie O. Rendell, senior judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, explained to those in attendance how the federal judiciary system works.
