Professor Elisheva Baumgarten of Bar-Ilan University, will present a lecture on “Medieval Women of Valor on Shabbat Vaera/Rosh Hodesh” following 9 a.m. services at Congregation Mikveh Israel
The talk will focus on the daily lives of Jewish women in Ashkenaz in the 12th and 13th centuries.
