Heather and Arthur Weissman of Penn Valley announce the

birth of their daughter, Zoe Elana Weissman (Riva Elka), on Dec. 12.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Allan and Sharon Behm, Patti Klein and Howie Katzoff, and Larry and Nancy Weissman, along with great-grandfather Henry Weissman.

Joining in welcoming Zoe are Uncle Lance Behm and Uncle Bob Weissman, and Karen Katzoff.

Zoe is named in loving memory of her maternal great-aunt Eileen Alter.
