The Tribe 12 Social Entrepreneur Fellowship is a partnership between Tribe 12, The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, and PresenTense. 

It is a program to better equip visionaries with the tools and resources they need to change the world, and mobilize the community behind their ventures - thus creating a sustainable eco-system of social change, and a culture of action.
