A delegation of students from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology spent the early part of March touring the United States. Chen Tubel and Rina Tzipora Ben-El were in Philadelphia from March 6-7. The photo below took place at an event on March 5 at Shannondell, a retirement community home.
