Neighbors of Bala Cynwyd’s new senior residence, Symphony Square, are invited to “Brunch at the Square”, a free brunch buffet on Sunday, March 17 from 11a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests will enjoy made-to-order crepes and omelets prepared by New Orleans-trained Chef Vincent LaMonte, a long time associate of America’s popular restaurant personality and TV Chef Emeril Lagasse. Symphony Square is located at 35 Old Lancaster Road, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.

The event will also be an introduction of Square’s new Executive Director Joseph Horwitz. “I have always been drawn to the company of seniors,” explained Horwitz, who is proud to be raised by his grandparents and whose 90-year old uncle was the best man in his wedding. “I really look forward to meeting seniors in our surrounding towns to show them around Symphony Square and share our plans to host many interesting, free public programs in the future.”

Besides the welcome brunch, guests are invited to take a tour of this brand new residence, built from the ground-up in 2012 specifically for assisted living.  They may also meet the Symphony Square associates, mingle with current residents while enjoying wonderful cuisine.
