BARBARA M. STEINBERG (nee MENAKER), age 65, died on March 4, 2013.  She was a Rabbinical Assistant at Reform Cong. Keneseth Israel of Elkins Park, who resided in Melrose Park, Pennsylvania.  She graduated from William Penn High School in Harrisburg, PA, attended Radcliff College, graduated from Harvard University, and received her Masters from Brandeis University in Social Welfare.  She was also a member of Cong. Adath Jeshurun, Past President of the Women's Association, former member and Past President of B'nai Brith Women's Chapter, founding member of Nashirah "The Jewish Chorale", and Past President of the Radcliff Club of Philadelphia. Wife of CHUCK; mother of JONATHAN (REBECCA) STEINBERG and MINDY (DANNY) McGRATH; sister of SUSAN (EV) WHITEHEAD and CAROL (JERRY THOMAS) MENAKER; and grandmother of MADELYN and ANDREW STEINBERG.
