Rebecca (nee Fox) and Kenny Starr of Havertown announce the birth of their daughter, Annabelle Lily (Kayla Irit), on April 18.

Sharing in their joy are first-time grandparents Nancy and Robb Fox, Susan Starr Ginsburg, and Jay and Deb Starr.

Joining in welcoming the baby are her great-grandparents Rose and Paul Astor, Donald and Kathy Fox, Helene Robbins and Irene Starr; along with Aunt Emily Fox and Uncle Andy Starr.

Annabelle is named in loving memory of her maternal great-uncle Andrew Fox; her maternal great-grandmother Kay Fox; and her paternal great-grandfathers William Robbins and Irving Starr.
