Hyla and David Rosenberg of Philadelphia announce the birth of their son, Noam Lev, on Jan. 24.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Cindy and Dan Kaplan of Barrington, R.I.; and grandmother Carole Rosenberg of Monroe Township, N.J.

Noam Lev is named in loving memory of his grandfather Norman Rosenberg and his uncle Dr. Peter Kaplan.
