Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Shenker of Bucks County, and Mr. Joseph Rieber of Philadelphia and Boynton Beach, Fla., announce the engagement of their children, Marc Shenker and Stacy Rieber.

Marc is a graduate of Kutztown University, and works as a corporate trainer in the consumer-electronics industry for a manufacturer's rep firm.

Stacy is a graduate of the University of Southern California, and is a system administrator for a leasing company. She is the daughter of the late Phyllis Rieber.

The couple is planning an April wedding.
