Ingredients:
8 Tbs melted butter
3 cups cooked long-grain rice
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Beat eggs with a whisk. Stir in vanilla, milk, sugar, salt. Fold in rice and raisins. Top with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 F for 45 to 60 minutes in an 8-inch greased glass baking dish.
