Eight Philadelphia-area young adults were named fellows for the upcoming Repair the World’s Communities program. They’ll be engaging peers in volunteer service infused with Jewish learning and values prior to the start of “Service Matters: A Summit on Jewish Service.”
Team Leader Danielle Horn will be assisted by Zoe Braunstein, Adeena Ellison, Jessica Herrmann, Julia Quintavalle, Harrison Rothbaum, Rebekkah Scharf and Jennifer Przybysz. They’ll receive training and then work full time in cities with local nonprofits to create volunteer and educational opportunities.
