Wendy and Jeffrey Rader of Dresher announce the engagement of their son, Daniel Rader, to Alyona Pakhnev, daughter of Marina Velednitsky and Sasha Paknev of San Jose, Calif.
Daniel graduated from New York University with a degree in communications. He is employed by GoDaddy as a senior product manager in San Francisco.
Alyona graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a degree in political science. She is employed by Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a senior operations manager in San Francisco.
Daniel is the grandson of Linda Glassmith and the late Irving Glassmith and the late Stanley and Martha Rader. Alyona is the granddaughter of Vera Pakneva and the late Vladimir Vaysfeld and the late Abram Isayevich and Tatyana Velednitsky.
Sharing in the couple’s happiness is Dan’s brother Adam.
A spring 2020 wedding is planned in northern California.
