Dr. L. Jay and Dr. Laurie Katz of Radnor announce the engagement of their daughter, Deborah Rachel, to Freddy S. Morgenstern, son of Dr. José and Dr. Pia Morgenstern of Caracas, Venezuela.

Miss Katz, a graduate of Conestoga High School, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Rochester. She is currently working toward a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Morgenstern, a graduate of the Universidad Metropolitana and Carnegie Mellon, is currently employed at iCarnegie in Pittsburgh.

The couple is planning an August wedding.
