Camden County Hadassah will be host a community showing of the award-winning documentary Miss Representation.
The film explores women's under-representation in positions of power and influence in America and challenges the limited portrayal of women in mainstream media. It interweaves stories from teenage girls with provacative interviews with experts including Dr. Condoleeza Rice, Jane Fonda, Lisa Ling, Katie Couric and Gloria Steinem to give an inside look at the media, its message and the impact of these portrayals on girls and women.
