Amber (nee Pradines) and Gregg Stein of Tampa, Fla., announce the birth of their daughter, Skylar Gianna, on Feb. 16.

Sharing in their joy are grandparents Mom-Mom Gail and Poppy Bob Stein of Northeast Philadelphia; and Mom-Mom Paula and Pop-Pop Don Pradines of Wellington, Fla.

Joining in welcoming the baby are big sister London Hayden; Uncle Michael Pradines; Aunt Abby and Uncle Jeff Harrison, and cousins Evan and Alexa.

Skylar Gianna is the great-granddaughter of the late Edith and Harry Glestein; and Grace Phillips of Wellington.
