Barbara and Allan Needleman of Huntingdon Valley announce the arrival of their second granddaughter, Piper Lily (Eliya Shoshanna), on May 12, in Washington, D.C.

Her parents are Jamie (nee Needleman) and Chris Newman of Bethesda, Md.

Sharing in their happiness is big sister Zoe Elizabeth, along with Aunt Leslie Needleman.

Piper Lily is named in loving memory of her maternal great-aunt and great-uncle, Lillian and Elias Stern of Trenton, N.J., and Morrisville, Pa.
