Joshua and Rian (nee Herskovitz) Markovitz announce the birth of their daughter, Eden Alexandra, on March 9, 2009.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Teri Kremer and Gerald Lee, and Rosemary and Richard Herskovitz, along with great-grandmother Shirlee Kremer.

Joining in welcoming the new addition are Aunt Blair, Uncle Greg and cousins Harrison Andrew and Leah Juliet Green; Aunt Nicole, Uncle Rob and cousins Anya Sinclaire and Kylie Jayne Ansell; Aunt Rebecca and cousin Zachary Herskovitz; and Aunt Dori, Uncle David and cousins Maya Rose and Talia Beth Vitberg.

Eden Alexandra is named in loving memory of her maternal grandmother Elsie Harris and her paternal great-grandfather Alan Kremer.
