THEODORE passed away on February 8, 2013. He is survived by his wife, JANICE TANNENBAUM BERNSTEIN, his children, SUSAN (DR JEFFREY) MIKUTIS and JUDY BERNSTEIN and 3 grandchildren, JOSHUA and AMANDA MIKUTIS and HANNAH HYMAN. At Ted's request his body is being donated to the Humanities Gift Registry. Services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
