Heather (nee Kanoff) and Todd Navon announce the birth of their daughter, Haley Madison (Ilana Malka), on Aug. 17.

Sharing in their joy are grandparents Janice and Joel Kanoff of Hollywood, Fla. (formerly of Huntindon Valley); and Ira and Eileen Navon of Rockaway, N.J.; along with great-grandparents Leatrice and Morris S. Smallow of Weston Fla. (formerly of Jen-kintown); Esther Kanoff; and Milton Breenberg.

Joining in welcoming the baby are Aunt Kimberly Kanoff; Uncle Jonathan Kanoff; Aunt Amy, Uncle Michael, and cousins Sascha, Rebecca and Evan Keitz; Aunt Jill, Uncle Richard, and cousins Jessica and Matthew Carlson; Aunt Allison Navon; and Uncle David Navon.

Haley Madison is named in loving memory of her maternal great-great-grandparents Isaac and Mary Matusow.
