Listen to Your Heart: How to prevent a heart attack or stroke

The next session in the FREE Centered on Your Health series sponsored by Lankenau Medical Center with Cardiologist Dr. Irving M. Herling, MD.  Every year about 935,000 Americans have a heart attack, and nearly 800,000 suffer a stroke.  There are many things you can do to protect your heart. Dr Herling will help you identify heart attack and stroke risk factors and make lifestyle changes to avoid these deadly diseases.

Centered on Your Health will offer free monthly seminars to discuss timely wellness topics,  provide expert insight and tips that help support a healthy lifestyle.  Seminars are led by Lankenau Medical Center physicians and partnered with Kaiserman JCC personal trainers.  Watch www.phillyjcc.com [3] for more seminars.  Register at www.mainlinehealth.org/events [4] .
