Amy and Robert Charles of Dresher announce the engagement of their son, Andrew, to Jennifer Leone, daughter of Eileen and Joseph Leone of Franklin Lakes, N.J.

Andrew graduated from Upper Dublin High School and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Emory University. He works as an equity research analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, analyzing restaurant stocks in New York.

Jennifer graduated from Ramapo High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Indiana University and a master's degree in special education from the Bank Street College of Education. She teaches first grade at the IDEAL School in Manhattan.

The couple met in New York, where they will live. They are planning an August wedding.
