Heather and Jason Balter, along with big sister Madison, announce the birth of their daughter and sister, Olivia Paige (Jardania Gabrielle Shaina), on April 15.

Sharing in their joy are grandparents Mark and Joyce Miller, Edward and Mary Gray, Charles Balter and Sandra Caine.

Joining in welcoming Olivia are great-grandparents James Gray, Doris Pinsky and Doris Miller.

Olivia Paige is named in loving memory of her maternal great-uncle James Gray and her paternal great-grandparents Gladys and Sidney Balter.
