MELVIN "MEL" BECKMAN, age 83, died on January 20, 2013 in Delray Beach, Florida.  He was a retired wholesale furniture sales representative who resided in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.  He was also a veteran of the Korean War. Beloved husband of JOAN (nee BORKON); adored father of JOY (GARY)    NOVICK and ROBERT "BOB" (LORI)       BECKMAN; brother of CLAIRE (JOE)      GOLDENBERG; and loving grandfather of BETH NOVICK and ALEC & MARLEE      BECKMAN.
