Sidney A. Grossman, 87, of Egg Harbor Township, N.J., formerly of Philadelphia, died Jan. 2.
During World War II, Grossman served as a corporal in the Army stationed in Panama. Later, he worked in retail men’s wear in Trenton, and then became a casino dealer in Atlantic City.
He was a Frank Sinatra fan and enjoyed playing the piano and harmonica.
Grossman is survived by his wife, Shirley; daughter Fern Grossman; son Scott Grossman; stepdaughters Michal Kramer and Linda Corby; sister Bess Rovner; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
