Rebecca Y. Starr and Adam S. Kazan are to be married on Dec. 17.

Rabbi Steven Schwarzman of Congregation Beth Israel in Worcester, Mass., will officiate.  The groom's father, Rabbi Frederic Kazan, will also participate in the ceremony.

Rebecca is the daughter of Dorothy and Jerome Starr of Worcester. A graduate of Brown University and Georgetown University Law Center, she works as an associate director of admission at Brown University.

Adam is the son of Rabbi Frederic Kazan and Marian Kazan of Merion Station. A graduate of Temple University, Adam works as a certified public accountant and is the principal at Adam Kazan, CPA.

The couple lives in Philadelphia.
