Rachel and Andy Franco of Orefield, Pa., announce the birth of their first child, Ellie Rose, on March 4.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Phyllis and Eugene Liebman of Huntingdon Valley; and Janet and Richard Franco of Succasunna, N.J.

Joining in welcoming the new arrival are Uncle Mike Liebman, along with cousins Andrew and Jeffrey; Aunt Aileen and Uncle Rich Sabol, and cousins Laurel, Molly and Garrett; Aunt Tracy and Uncle Marc Segal, and cousins Maya and Max; Uncle Ricky and Aunt Melissa Franco, and cousin Mia, as well as extended family and friends.

Ellie Rose is named in loving memory of her maternal great-aunt Eleanor Liebman; her maternal great-grandmother Elizabeth Liebman; and her paternal great-grandmother Ethel Himmel.
