Penny and Michael Bilker of Egg Harbor Township, N.J., and Rita Manelis and Dmitry Livshits of Margate, N.J., announce the engagement of their children, Faith Juros and Arthur Manelis. Faith is the daughter of the late Dr. Donald Juros, and Arthur is the son of the late Arnold Manelis.
Faith is a graduate of Egg Harbor Township High School, and Arthur is a graduate of Atlantic City High School. The couple attended Rutgers University.
Faith, who graduated Rutgers with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and management, is a certified public accountant for Ralph Lauren in the company's finance division. Arthur earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance at Rutgers, and is a financial analyst for Goldman Sachs.
Faith and Arthur met at the age of 3 while attending JCC preschool in Margate, and started dating in high school.
The couple, who lives in Hoboken, N.J., is planning a June wedding in Center City Philadelphia.
