Jill (nee Rubin), Neal and big brother Henry David Hammerschlag of Radnor announce the birth of their daughter and sister, Ava Claire, on Feb. 17.

Sharing in their joy are grandparents Louise and Andy Rubin of Maple Glen; Marcy Hammerschlag of Margate, N.J.; and Rob Hammerschlag of Atlantic City, N.J.; along with great-grandmothers Evelyn Chairman of Cheltenham, and Roslyn Herron of Vineland, N.J.

Joining in welcoming the baby are Aunt Kim, Uncle Aaron and cousin Samuel Rubin of State College; and Aunt Lauren, Uncle Paul, and cousins Paix and Abbi Erbacher of Margate, N.J.

Ava Claire is named in loving memory of her maternal great-grandmother Adelaide Rubin.
