 He was a retired auditor who resided in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. He was a Veteran of WWII (branch of the Army).

Husband of EVELYN (nee KAPLAN) and the late RUTH; father of DR. MARK (MARTHA) WAGNER and SHERREE (MICHAEL) ROTHSTEIN; and grandfather of DR. AARON (ERIKA) WAGNER, JOSH WAGNER, MATTHEW (KATIE) ROTHSTEIN, and JORDAN (KIMBERLY) ROTHSTEIN. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice
