Amy Weinberg and Bryan Schwartzman of Philadelphia announce the birth of their daughter, Maya Ilana, on Dec. 28.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Elaine Weinberg of Hatboro; and Robert and Jane Schwartzman of Bayside, N.Y.

Joining in the celebration are Uncle Eric, Aunt Angela, and cousins Jacob and Reece.

Maya Ilana is named in loving memory of her maternal grandfather Melvin Weinberg and her paternal great-grandfather Irving Polatsch.
