Jennifer (nee Freeman) and Gary Oxfeld of Orefield, Pa., announce the birth of Sam's brother, Noah Alexander (Noach Alexander), on March 24.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Rochelle and Alan Freeman of Philadelphia, and Barbara Oxfeld of East Brunswick, N.J.; and great-uncle Mark Eule of Auburn, Maine.

Joining in welcoming Noah to the family are aunts and uncles Stephanie and Adam Ginsburg, Gail and Michael Kanef, and Jill Freeman.

Noah is named in loving memory of his maternal great-uncle Nathan Braverman and his maternal great-grandmother Edith Braverman.
