Carin (nee Smilk) and Michael Beaubien, along with big brothers Ezra Alain, Eli Maurice and Avner Henri, announce the birth of Asa Emile (Asa Raviv), on June 1.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Barbara and David Smilk, and Theresa and Charles Beaubien; godfather Steven Smilk; godmother Jennifer Smilk; and the new arrival's aunts, uncles and cousins. Also helping care for all four boys are great-aunt and uncle Susan and Bill Sharratt.

Asa is named in memory of "the two Rebas": his maternal great-great-aunt Reba Cohen and his maternal great-great-great-aunt Reba ("Betty") Whiteman.
