Shani and David Bardach of Lexington, Ky., announce the birth of their son, Jesse Samuel (Yishai Moshe Shmuel), on May 6, 2010.

Joining in welcoming the baby are first-time grandparents Paula and Shelly Pavel, and Eti and Paul Bardack, along with great-grandparents Noah Roitman, and Charlotte and Larry Bardack; and Uncle Ariel Broido, Uncle Avi Bardack and Aunt Daniella Bardack.

Yoshi is named in loving memory of his maternal great-grandmother Jeanne Pavel; his maternal great-grandfather Samuel Blackman; family friend Dr. Martin A. Cohen; and great-great-grandfathers, Jacob and Joseph.
