Please join us when Lou Balcher will speak at Shabbat Services on Friday evening, January 25th at 8 pm.  His topic, ISRAEL—BEHIND THE HEADLINES, will address the recent Israeli elections and other areas of critical concern.

Lou Balcher assumed the position of Director of Academic Affairs for the Consulate General of Israel for the Mid-Atlantic States Region in September 2004.

Mr. Balcher is responsible for promoting Israel on campus and in the community within the states of PA, DE, OH, W.VA, KY, and half the state of NJ. Lou is also responsible for coordinating Jewish Community Relations for the Israeli Consulate.
