Howard and Lois Gurak of Southampton and Brant Lake, N.Y., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Jan. 30, 2005. They met at a camp in the Poconos, where he was a counselor and she was camp nurse. Their children, Dr. Randall and Sharon Gurak, and Dr. Joseph and Rochelle Robinson, arranged for relatives and friends to enjoy a "camp weekend," featuring a dinner-dance, at the Best Western Eden Resort in Lancaster. The couple has one grandchild.
