Dana (nee Goldsmith) and Brad Needleman of New York City announce the birth of their son, Rhett Matthew, on Oct. 4.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Lenore and Richard Goldsmith, and Roberta and Charles Needleman; great-grandparents Sylvia and Sidney Goldsmith; along with aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Rhett is named in loving memory of his maternal great-grandmother Rose Goldsmith and his paternal uncle Morris Needleman.
