Elisa (nee Shender) and Aaron Diamant of Memphis, Tenn., announce the birth of their daughter, Gavrielle Rose (Chaya Rachel), on Sept. 11.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Roslyn and Bill Shender of Glenside, and Amy and Michael Diamant of Shaker Heights, Ohio; along with great-grandmother Martha Meyers of Wyncote.

Joining in the excitement are aunts and uncles Ethan Diamant, Dara and Eric Trager, Stacey Shender and Haled Askala.

Gavrielle Rose is named in loving memory of her maternal great-grandmother Rose Shender; and her paternal great-grandmothers Evelyn Bresnick and Rita Diamant.
