Ellen and Jeffrey Jacobs of Livingston, N.J., and Marjorie and Robert Worman of Longwood, Fl., announce the marriage of their children, Jordana Michelle Jacobs and Jared Brent Worman.
The ceremony and reception took place on Aug. 20 at the St. Regis in New York City.
Cantor Richard Botton officiated.
Allison Jacobs, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Naomi Drucker, Janine Katzen, Sally Mahloudji, Jamie Moskowitz and Jessica Rothenberg. Allison and Samantha Epstein, cousins of the groom, served as flower girls.
Marc Worman, brother of the groom, served as the best man. Groomsmen included David Culang, Jonathan Dobres, Brett Esterson, Daniel Katz and Brett Schlemovitz.
Jessica Rothenberg and Brett Esterson witnessed the signing of the ketubah.
Completing the wedding party were Irving Jacobs and Clare Powitz, grandparents of the bride; and Eva Cohen and Stella Worman, grandmothers of the groom.
Jordana is a staff writer at the Jewish Exponent. Jared is a graduate student at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
After a honeymoon in South Africa and Mauritius, the couple now lives in Philadelphia.
