Francine and Jerry Bernstein of Wynnewood announce the engagement of their son, Joshua Robert, to Faryl Beth Epstein, daughter of Donna and Walter Epstein of Pine Brook, N.J.

Faryl, a graduate of the University of Michigan, earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Fordham University School of Law. She is a practicing attorney in Philadelphia.

Joshua, also a graduate of the University of Michigan, will graduate with a Juris Doctor degree in the spring from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Joshua is the grandson of Shirley and Harry Cohen, and the late Clara and Isadore Bernstein. Faryl is the granddaughter of Gertrude and Monte Feuerstein, and the late Charlotte and Abraham Epstein.

The couple is planning a September wedding in New York.
