Kathi and Steve Kauffman, along with Stephen and Linda Rementer and Xuyen Rementer, announce the engagement of their children, Jamie Heather Kauffman and John Philip Rementer.

Jamie is the granddaughter of Arlene and Manny Fiel, and Edith Kauffman and the late Joseph Kauffman. John is the grandson of the late Raymond and Lillian Rementer.

The couple met through mutual friends and fell in love while vacationing at a Montana dude ranch.

The couple is planning a November wedding.
