Suzanne and Richard Phillips of Newtown announce the birth of their daughter, Jessica Elizabeth, on Sept. 18.

Sharing in their joy are grandparents Sharen and Alan Finzimer of Richboro, and Robin and Bruce Phillips of Baldwin, N.Y.; along with great-grandmothers Adele Atkin, Sandra Bellow and Evelyn Finzimer.

Joining in welcoming Jessica are Uncle David Finzimer and Aunt Aimee Meyenberg; and Uncle Matthew and Aunt Andrea Phillips, and cousin Sasha.

Jessica Elizabeth is named in loving memory of her maternal great-grandfather Joseph Finzimer and her paternal great-grandmother Elayne Phillips.
