FRED P HERRING, 85, of King of Prussia, formerly of Broomall, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on December 30th. Fred was born October 16, 1927 to Solomon and Dorothy Herring. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and later owned and operated Bleeker Venetian Blind Company in Philadelphia.  He is survived by Irene Herring of Broomall, PA, his children Sheryl Moffa (Fred) of Ardsley, Jacqueline of Worcester, MA, Craig (Nancy) of Glenmoore, and Gary of Flagstaff, AZ. Affectionately known as "Pop-Pop", Fred is also survived by 7 grand-children and 2 great-grand-children in addition to many nieces and nephews. Contributions may be made to PAAL (Preparing Adolescents with Autism for Adult Life): 115 Washington Ave., Downingtown, PA 19335.
