Howard and Carole Zeitz of Huntingdon Valley announce the engagement of their son, Richard Ross Zeitz, to Ally A. Novikov, daughter of Alex and Alina Novikov of Brooklyn.

Richard graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communications. He is region manager of World Savings Bank in New York.

Ally graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She is a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York.

The couple is planning a January wedding.
