Paula and Mitchell Rowe of Voorhees, N.J., announce the engagement of their son, Todd David Rowe, to Jennifer Jo Walsh, daughter of Joseph and Pam Walsh of West Chester.

Jen, a graduate of the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, earned a bachelor's degree in fine arts with a teaching certificate. She is employed by the Cherry Hill School District.

Todd earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Rutgers University and graduated from the Widener University School of Law. He is working as a real estate attorney.

The couple, who lives in Cherry Hill, N.J., is planning an August wedding in Pennsylvania.
