Karen and Howard L. Schwartz of Huntingdon Valley announce the engagement of their daughter, Leslie Jill Schwartz, to Evan Matthew Semegran, son of Debbie and Larry Semegran of Closter, N.J.

Leslie is a graduate of Lower Moreland High School and the University of Michigan. She is the senior manager of Online marketing at TheLadders.com.

Evan, a graduate of the University of Maryland, is a financial consultant at Smith Barney in New York City.

The couple, who lives in Manhattan, is planning a May wedding.
