David and Dena Horowitz of Yardley announce the birth of their third grandson, Justin Reid Horowitz (Ben Tziyyon Michael), on July 29.

The baby's parents are Keith and Stacey Horowitz of Short Hills, N.J.

Justin is also welcomed by big brothers Zachary Dylan and Brandon Cole.

Sharing in their happiness are maternal grandparents Roberta and Stuart Speck.

Justin is named in loving memory of his paternal great-grandmother Bertha Weintraub and his maternal great-grandfather Milton Carlin.
