Heather (nee Bleshman) and Rich Badt announce the birth of their son, Andrew Franklin (Efraim Dov), on Aug. 4.

Joining in welcoming Andrew are big brother Justin Kyle, along with grandparents Mom-Mom Sallie and Pop-Pop Michael Bleshman, and Grandma Terry and Poppy Steve Wasserman.

Andrew Franklin is named in loving memory of his maternal great-grandparents Adele (nee Vederan) and Frank Rakoff.
