Wendy and David Kurtz announce the birth of their daughter, Lacey Bella (Glicka Ruth), on July 13.

Sharing in their joy are grandparents Arlene and Sander Kurtz, and Edward Hotchkiss and Sharyn Levine.

Joining in welcoming Lacey are brother Jacob; Aunt Hilary, Aunt Stacy, Aunt Jill, Uncle Jon; and cousins Hannah and Sophia.

Lacey Bella is named in loving memory of her paternal great-grandmother Martha Leah Kurtz; her maternal great-grandparents, Benjamin and Ruth Fradkin; and her maternal great-grandmother Jeanne Rosenberg.
